What it means to be a Cornerstone School of Truth Godparent
Because of all that we offer at Cornerstone School of Truth and the financial state of those in our community, each student is in need of what we call a CST Godparent. This godparent helps each family bear the financial load that going to school brings. Each student family pays around $50 per school year for their child to attend CST and we ask each godparent to cover the remaining $600 for the year (this can be done by monthly giving, per semester or as one gift). These funds do the following:
provide the student two meals plus a snack every school day
pay all staff salaries
purchase school supplies
provide for teacher training and development
build, improve, and maintain school facilities
Godparents receive several e-mails throughout the school year with information about their godchild and general updates on how the school is doing.
