What is God’s future for Cornerstone Haiti? It began with a dream of two “blan” coming to partner with Pastor Makes’ church, but that dream was simply the initiation into so many other dreams from God. The story of a ministry can never surround a person or family. The story of a ministry must surround Christ and the work of His Church.

We are so thankful that through the unexpected changes of the past four years, God was never shocked or shaken. He is our firm foundation. He knows the end from the beginning and when He begins a good work… He finishes it. The good work of Cornerstone Haiti has just begun.

The future of Cornerstone Haiti continues to highlight developing Christ-centered community, educating generational leaders and cultivating economic growth in Gwo Cheval, Haiti.

As we look ahead, we see more national leaders in our community rising up. We see our national team taking more and more administrative responsibilities for Cornerstone School of Truth, knowing that they will take this program further than we ever knew possible. We see a Bible school, trades program and women’s clinic. We see partnerships with other Christ-centered ministries. We see ourselves continuing to be a bridge of resources, encouragement, direction and influence within Gwo Cheval to see it thrive. We are covenanted with this community and are so thankful for the many ministry partners who feel the same. We once again choose to stand with our brothers and sisters in Haiti, working toward the future God has for them; where Jesus is King, His righteousness reigns and darkness is pushed back by the light of His glory. Hallelujah!
